Terms & Conditions

I want to give all my clients my full attention and the best quality service. Please book your appointment in advance so that I may secure your preferred time for treatment.

If you decide to go ahead with the permanent make-up treatment, you agree to pay a deposit of 30% of the treatment price to secure the appointment. The deposit may be transferred to another available date if you give at least 48hrs notice before the original scheduled appointment. The deposit is accounted towards your treatment price.

I appreciate that you may need to reschedule your appointment booked. On reasonable notice; not less than 2 days from the date of your treatment, you can rebook your appointment without any charge. The period of time between the re-booked treatment and/or follow up treatment should not exceed 90 days. I may refuse more than two re-booking requests from you without refunding you your deposit.

You as the client accept that any late booking cancellations (less than 48 hours) for your treatment creates a financial loss for me, so accordingly you lose your deposit

Please arrive in plenty of time for your appointment. Late arrivals may mean I need to reduce treatment time or cancel the treatment, with deposit price being incurred.

Photo Documentation

Pictures and sometimes videos are taken before and after the procedure for reference purposes and own records. They may be used for advertising and marketing purposes on social media sites and on my webpages, but also for future teaching materials and other lawful purposes.

I accept most major credit cards. Payment is accepted by debit, credit cards or cash only, cheques are not accepted. There is a surcharge on all card payments of £2 for up to £100 payment and £4 for payment above £100. The prices listed for permanent make-up procedures include VAT and are subject to change at any time unless you have had the appointment booked ahead.

Sensitivity test

A patch sensitivity test may be required for customers who had not have permanent make-up done before at least 24 hours prior to the treatment. Please inform me if you had your permanent make-up done previously by another technician.

Touch up Appointments

The follow-up treatment should be booked between 30 and 90 days after the initial treatment. All new procedure prices include a free re-touch appointment.

Refresher Appointment

Any appointments made after during the 3 months window after the initial treatment is payable as a refresher. If you need a third session, you will be charged as for a refresher; please refer to the price list. Refresher includes one appointment only.
Corrections Prices on applications done by another technician will be given at consultation after assessment of existing shape and colour. There is no guarantee that correctional work after other technicians will only require one treatment.

Permanent make-up fades over time. You should expect to come back for a maintenance refresher visit approximately every 12 – 18 months for eyebrows. Some factors will cause fading of your permanent make-up more quickly.

Health and Safety

Your health is important to me, therefore I ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire at your first visit to ensure treatments are delivered safely. Please inform me if there are changes in your health conditions. I keep all your data safe and strictly confidential. When booking, please notify me if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or of any serious health concerns (please refer to the list below) that could affect treatment, so I can advise on the best and safest experience for you. Pregnancy, breastfeeding and serious illness are contraindications from all permanent makeup treatments. I may refuse requests for permanent make-up which I consider to be inappropriate or if there may be a risk that violates health and safety codes.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are a suitable candidate for permanent make-up before booking an appointment for a treatment. I may withhold any deposits paid in the event I am unable to perform a treatment.

Candidates seeking permanent make-up treatments who may be contraindicated (those that cannot be treated) are:

• Under the age of 18 years
• Pregnant and breastfeeding women
• With skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the area to be treated
• With blood conditions such as HIV and Hepatitis
• Haemophiliac
• Have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure

Extra caution needs to be taken when you have:

• AHA’s (lactic, glycolic acids, retinoids) cosmetics used can fade and discolour your permanent make-up • Cancer/chemotherapy: doctors approval may be necessary
• Laser eye surgery/eyelid surgery: please wait 6 months for eyeliner treatment.
• Botox and fillers: it is advised to have semi-permanent make-up first and then you will need to wait 4 weeks for fillers/Botox
• Eyelash Extensions; they should be removed before eyeliner appointment
• Lip Cold Sores: clients with a history of cold sores need to use an anti-viral medication (Zovirax, valtrex, acyclovir) 5 days prior and 5 days post lip procedure to minimise the risk of an outbreak; treatment cannot be performed if there is an active outbreak
